About The Principals

Zeev Chared, CEO and Founder
Zeev Chared founded Superset after a rich and diverse career that spanned fifteen years in the Financial, Communications, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical industries. Zeev's role has ranged from senior system architect, to senior analyst, to system designer to programmer. His fields of expertise include generic programming, distributed system architecture, data modeling, mass data mapping, networking solutions, and middleware development.

Zeev started his career as a database specialist for financial systems. Moving on to client-server technology, he developed an import/export system, which included a patented algorithm for the evaluation of contracts. Working as a system specialist at Dreyfus, Zeev developed a system that integrated information from incompatible data sources. He was then recruited by NBC to help develop a distributed scheduling system for controlling the playlists of multiple stations in real-time.

Laura Putnam, COO/Director of Project Management
After graduating from Albany University's School of Business, Laura began her career in operations and project management when commerce on the web was just starting to take root. She provided project management services for a startup company developing shopping catalog's online and on CD-ROM. After that she spent several years developing operational processes and managing large web-based projects for the interactive advertising agency, IllusionFusion. From there she consulted with Gateway on the latest redesign of their eCommerce site which led directly to her position with Superset.

Andrea Archer, Creative Director
With a B.F.A. from Cooper Union, and a M.F.A. from Columbia University, Andi parlayed her fine arts background into a career in Experience Design. She started working in new media by developing a promotional CD-ROM for the Columbia Business School. She then went on to become a Creative Lead at Besson Tully&Lee where she worked with many large corporations making their first forays onto the internet, including Lucent Technologies and Mastercard. She cut her teeth in management as acting Creative Director for Gateway Computer's eCommerce site, where she first worked with Laura, Zeev and Surie. When Superset expanded to incorporate Experience Design as an area of service, she joined the company as Creative Director.
