Project Management

Project Management coalesces the disparate elements of a project, and guides the project team from initiation through deployment. Superset recognizes that strong Project Management is the key to successful project implementation. We achieve this management by establishing and providing the following:

Project Manager
Assigning an experienced Project Manager to manage all facets of the project and act as the central point of contact.

Project Team
Assigning a dedicated Project Team comprised of Technical and Creative Directors, Visual and Production Designers, and Developers.

Central Points of Contact
Setting up central points of contact for Superset and the client and working with the Clients to understand the internal process for implementing projects.

Project Plan
Developing and maintaining a step by step Project Plan to define, track and affirm all aspects and phases of the project including discovery/analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance.

Project Site
Creating a Project Site that enables the client to view all documentation and development as it progresses.

Status Reports
Providing regular reports summarizing development as it progresses and issues that arise.

Issue/Change Management
Providing clear documentation and mechanisms for documenting and incorporating changes and additions to the original scope as well as for issue escalation and resolution.

Documentation
Providing clear, thorough documentation for all aspects of the project— from business requirements to functional specifications and user documentation.
